Présentation du projet "PSB/GTZ" initié dans le cadre de la coopération technique allemande au Sahel. Face aux très fortes contraintes climatiques de la région, ce projet apporte un appui dans la gestion des ressources et du terroir, afin de permettre aux paysans de prendre en main leur propre développement.
