Self-taught casting director, Tania Arana made her debut in 2014 after studying communications and training as an actress in Paris (Cours Florent, Laboratoire de l'acteur).

She collaborated on the first films of Maïmouna Doucouré (Maman(s) and Mignonnes) which gave her a great rise. She then continues my adventure in Quebec where she has lived since 2016, while continuing some projects in France.​

Comfortable in non-agency casting, Tania likes to think outside the box and discover new talents. Of multicultural origin (German/Algerian mother and Colombian father), she makes a point of highlighting profiles that are still under-represented on defensible projects.
