Inside out Band is a mixture of Reggae, RnB, Pop and Rock, based in the Capitol, Suva. The Band is managed by Suva based entreprenuer Damien Whippy (General Manager) and usually was the opening act in Traps Bar for another band, Nem and Talei. Now they have their owns nights at Traps on Wednesdays and on Thursdays and Fridays, the group jams at Governors restaurant. They are now moving from just a cover band to realeasing their own original music.
