He travelled with the Oceania Dance Theatre to China for the inaugural Asia-Pacific Youth Arts Festival in 2007 and to the 10th Festival of Pacific Arts, in American Samoa in 2008. Glen has participated and collaborated with various choreographers from around the region and in 2009 he toured with the Oceania Dance Theatre around Fiji's mainland as part of an awareness project for primary and secondary school students who are thinking of pursuing Performing Arts as a career.

Glen enjoys communicating messages that affect Pacific youths through dance and he believes in utilizing his gifts in an unconventional manner to keep audiences captivated. He staged his debut dance production Silent Tears in 2010.
